About The Role
Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life what we are famous for - our friendly service.
Working throughout the store, our Team Members perform various tasks such as stocking shelves, displaying fresh fruit and vegetables, picking online orders, and being the last friendly face customers see as they leave the store.
What You'll Do
Greet, acknowledge, show care, and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies.
Follow policies and procedures to ensure safety for everyone, including reporting hazards.
Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products.
Keep shelves stocked and tidy for an easy shopping experience.
Shop for online customers, ensuring they receive what they need.
