Redpath Partners are excited to be exclusively partnering with a leading property investment management landlord who are looking to add an Assistant National Operations Manager of Retail to their team in Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career to a National Operations Manager role in the future.
**Key responsibilities of the role;**
- Working alongside the National Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving the strategy of the National Operations platform including essential services compliance, WHS reporting, driving efficiencies in Sustainability performance such as NABERS, as well as electricity, water, and waste consumption.
- You will be heavily involved in the larger scale CAPEX projects and provide leadership and direction to the centre centre operations teams in relation to the management and delivery of their operational capital.
- You will provide technical and operational advice in preparation of the annual budget planning, in conjunction with Centre Management teams and National Operations Manager.
- Overseeing the safety and compliance requirements and standards in relation to operations within the portfolio, whilst providing support to Centre Management teams to minimise Contractor and Public Liability risks.
**The Individual**:
- Experience working in the capacity of operational management (ideally from a retail background)
- Sound knowledge of WHS in the workplace and reporting.
- Experience with large scale CAPEX projects.
- Experience with budgets and reporting.
- A good understanding of safety and compliance requirements and standards.
