Key responsibilities
1. Creating user surveys and interviews
2. Stakeholder workshops and coordination
3. Usability testing
4. Empathy mapping and persona development
5. Customer Journey Mapping
6. Wireframing and prototyping (Figma or Sketch proficiency)
7. Complex, logic-based prototyping (Axure, Protopie or similar proficiency)
8. Converting customer insight into design opportunities
9. Concept and usability testing
10. Persona development and customer journey mapping
11. Information architecture (cardsorting and testing)
Essential skills & experience
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
13. Workshop facilitation experience
14. At least 3-5 years experience in user experience design roles
15. Experience working within cross-functional teams
16. The ability to remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude
17. Previous exposure to Agile and waterfall delivery models
18. An ability to work autonomously and take responsibility
