Business Advocate Position
This role entails supporting new and existing business customers by fostering a collaborative environment with technical teams and accounts to facilitate a seamless transition to our business services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming customer inquiries across various channels, ensuring timely coordination with CRM systems
* Advocate for our business offerings to drive growth and customer satisfaction
* Proactively identify business opportunities through outbound sales efforts
* Resolve customer escalations, complaints, and performance issues in a professional manner
* Coordinate schedules and appointments with customers and staff, including meetings and installations
Requirements:

* Previous experience in B2B Sales or Project Management is highly desirable
