About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised NDIS Administrative Officer to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) processes and compliance requirements, and be confident managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage NDIS participant records, documentation, and compliance requirements
* Process service agreements, bookings, and day to day operations effectively
* Liaise with participants, support coordinators, and service providers
* Maintain accurate data entry and reporting systems
* Assist with audits and ensure adherence to NDIS standards
* Coordinate schedules, appointments, and internal communications
* Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience working within the NDIS sector
* Strong knowledge of NDIS systems, processes, and compliance obligations
* Experience using the NDIS portal and related software
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
* Qualification in Business Administration, Community Services, or related field
* Experience working with disability support services
* Familiarity with CRM or client management systems
