Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor in a similar field
* Proven expertise in splicing, repairs, belt change-outs, and shutdown preparation
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
* Certification in Leadership & Management and High-Risk Work Licences
