We are seeking Geologist specialists to work for our client, at their exploration sites in QLD. These positions are for an immediate start in an ongoing capacity.
Hiring criteria:
* Current Std11 Mining Induction and Coal Board Medical/Pre Employment Medical
* Valid Australian (Open) Driver's License
* Degree in Geology or Geoscience;
* Minimum 1-2 years recent experience in a similar role;
* Demonstrated experience of geological practice in the Field Exploration environment;
* Ability to optimize drilling programmes prior to & during implementation;
* Experience of compiling details including available lithological information;
* Ability to complete lithological and geotechnical logging of core;
* Exploration and Project Planning experience;
* Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong organisation and time management skills;
* Perform as a team player and have a "can do" attitude;
