Business Administrator – Traineeship (Certificate IV in Business)

We are excited to offer a paid traineeship for an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to build a career in business administration while completing a Certificate IV in Business through TLC Learning.
About the Opportunity
This unique traineeship provides on‐hand experience across multiple business units within TLC Healthcare. Over 12 months you will rotate through key departments across our aged‐care homes in the Central and Southeast region:
* Residential Aged Care Reception and Administration
* Medical Centre Reception and Administration
* Corporate Front & Back Office
* Switchboard Operations
* Functions and Events
* Supporting Operations at Head Office
You will be trained in TLC's administration systems, customer service delivery, Microsoft applications, and front‐of‐house operations. The role also supports business needs across multiple sites, including covering unplanned leave and surge requirements, so adaptability and a proactive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across various departments
* Operate switchboard and front‐office systems
* Deliver high‐quality customer service to residents, families, and staff
* Assist with event and function coordination
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Support day‐to‐day office operations across multiple sites

What We're Looking For
* Up‐to‐date COVID‐19 vaccinations (3 doses)
