About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated sales professional to join our dynamic sales team as Account Manager based in Acacia Ridge to cover South Brisbane and Toowoomba regions.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop new business with new customers to enlarge sales quotas
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to customer needs
- Provide updated sales promotions information to customers
- Keep abreast with the market and understanding of our competitive advantages
- Provide inputs and assistance in pricing model, quotations, and product improvements

Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience delivering client-focused solution selling
- Proven ability in managing multiple customer accounts, with a strong attention detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Relevant qualifications with Refrigeration/HVAC industry experience highly desirable but not necessary
