We're currently on the lookout for a Transport Customer Service Officer to join our Port Botany depot on a full-time basis. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, this could be your next great opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Enter and process import/export shipments and Electronic Delivery Orders (EDOs)
* Monitor container tracking and follow up on pending clearances
* Handle quarantine (AQIS) and underbond coordination
* Provide frontline customer service and support internal teams
* Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in the transport or logistics industry.
* High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Clear, professional communication – both written and verbal
* Strong Microsoft Office and logistics systems proficiency
* A positive, proactive mindset – especially under pressure
