The key to our success is our team members here at TLH Leisure Resort. The team is very important to us and is the heart of our business. Happy customers are our prime concern and all of our team are trained in the highest standards of customer service, together with the skills required to do their job.
Roger Heale. Roger began his career as General Manager for the TLH Victoria Hotel, he worked his way up and progressed to Hotel Manager at the TLH Toorak Hotel.
Andy Johnston. Andy originally started as the Chef De Partie and worked his way up the ladder to become Head Chef at the TLH Derwent Hotel where he now oversees the day to day breakfast and dinner service.
Stephanie Payne. Stephanie Payne is the Business Development Manager at TLH Leisure Resort having initially joined us back in 2004 as a receptionist at the TLH Derwent Hotel.
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house service with a high level of courtesy and professionalism, and for providing a relaxing environment where guests feel refreshed & revived and look forward to repeating the holiday experience.
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our rooms are clean and exceptionally presented creating a relaxing environment for our guests where they can feel refreshed and revived and look forward to repeating the experience.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will bring energy, personality and a great work ethic to our Hotel Restaurant team, creating a relaxing environment for our guests and leaving them excited to repeat the experience. You will be responsible to the Restaurant Manager and will undertake management duties in their absence.
As an Entertainment Team Member, you will join our talented in-resort Entertainment Team. As well as organising daytime activities for residents of all ages you will deliver a top-class programme of nightly entertainment.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Pool & Plant Manager to lead our Aztec wet leisure operations.
We are looking for a dedicated Grounds Person to maintain all outside areas across our resort, including gardens, terraces, play areas, car parks and the external facilities of all four hotels. This role is key to ensuring our grounds remain welcoming, safe and attractive for guests and colleagues.
As a Hotel Duty Manager, you will have previous Management or Supervisory experience with a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
