About the Role Based in our Melbourne Supplier Distribution Centre in Derrimut, this role supports the HQ Logistics team with logistics quality management and process improvement. This is a two-year fixed-term contract, with potential for extension. On offer is a Process Engineer position, with the day-to-day responsibilities including, but not limited to: Establish and implement logistics quality management processes aimed at standardizing the effectiveness and rationality of quality problem handling methods. Monitor the implementation of the logistics on-site process, connect with the relevant departments of the process, put forward suggestions for improvement and optimization in time, and be responsible for tracking the thorough completion. Prepare and review technical documents and operating instructions, and monitor their application, revision, and continuous improvement to maintain effective closed-loop control. Break down quality objectives into detailed targets and propose feasible plans to facilitate successful delivery. Be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing logistics quality damage data, as well as tracking and verifying quality improvement initiatives. Improve the quality monitoring system based on the information gathered from various complaint channels. Oversee process management, on-site implementation, guidance, and compliance inspections to ensure process technical requirements are properly executed in the production environment. Qualifications: Proficiency in Chinese or English. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in logistics, automotive, industrial engineering, or quality management. More than 1 year of work experience, with preference for logistics experience; have excellent communication and presentation skills. Possession of knowledge in automotive logistics and processes; ability to use computer software (with priority for office software and AUTO CAD). Proficiency in quality management tools and methods, and the ability to apply them to solve practical quality issues; accurate and rigorous writing skills, capable of independently drafting technical documents.
