**About the Role**
We are currently on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to join our leading and reputable, family owned food manufacturing and distribution client based on the Gold Coast.
Reporting into the Business Managers, the Marketing Coordinator will support, create and coordinate marketing activities and initiatives within the Group.
This is a hands-on role for a versatile marketer in a fast-paced industry, working closely with other departments of the business. Your responsibilities will cover marketing strategy, graphic design, content creation, online channel management and internal communication.
Key tasks of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Create a variety of marketing materials for internal and external communications including posters, brochures and other supporting material as required
- Provide guidance and standards to ensure that our company branding is consistent and in line with the organisation's overall ethos
- Assist in the development, coordination and execution of strategic marketing initiatives
- Plan, prepare and implement online and print marketing campaigns
- Monitor, review and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications
- Update and manage online platforms including websites and social media to ensure that the correct messages are being received by the targeted audiences
- Develop and create engaging written, graphic, photo and video content that are used externally and internally as required
- Plan, execute and edit photo shoots that results in high quality visual representation of products
- Update and manage internal communication systems

We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of marketing techniques and principles. You will have an eye for detail and design, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and activities in a fast-paced environment. Your love of creativity, combined with your ability to generate ideas and turn concepts into persuasive writing and content, will see you excel in this role.
To be successful in the role you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar marketing position
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field
- Ability to communicate confidently with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated capability in graphic design using a range of design principles
- Development of strategic business marketing and communications (preferably targeting B2B and B2C markets)
- Experience with event coordination (food shows and promotional events)
- Knowledge and practical experience with website maintenance
- Previous experience in FMCG (desirable)
