About The Role
Our client is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join their team in Richmond. You will partner with business stakeholders to capture functional & technical requirements and manage the delivery of projects and business initiatives Involving IT systems.
This person will also be an escalation point to assist with supporting applications within the organisation's IT ecosystem.

- Functional Business Analysis experience is must.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Undertake technical analysis, define business logic, data mapping and governance, and creation of success criteria.
2. Capture and document functional requirements and related business processes.
3. Gather, analyse, and document business systems and ongoing support requirements.
4. Identify, recommend, and implement improvements and efficiencies.
5. Plan and assist in the delivery and management of projects.
6. Develop, manage and track project plans and business cases
7. Proactively identify Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies
8. Establish user acceptance testing scripts / acceptance criteria
9. Conduct user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
10. Triage and manage defects and enhancements raised during testing
Desired Skills & Experience
11. Previous client and stakeholder management experience
12. Excellent facilitation and workshop skills
13. 5 + years of experience in developing and implementing solutions
14. Extensive experience developing functional requirements documents
15. Functionally experienced with supply chain, HRIS, payroll and finance systems.
16. Experienced with current Master Data practices and Data Governance
17. Experienced with data integration, data transformation concepts and mapping data requirements between disparate applications
18. Demonstrates strong verbal and numerical skills
19. ERP Experience, either via implementation, change, or management.
20. Project lifecycle experience
