The Role:
We are looking for Part-Time and/or Casual Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our state-of-the-art facility in Harden.
The Location:
Harden, NSW, is a charming town known for its natural beauty and rich heritage. It offers a welcoming community, local produce, and cultural events, making it an ideal place for a peaceful lifestyle. Located within 90 minutes of Canberra and close to Wagga Wagga, Hilltops, and Riverina regions, Harden provides diverse experiences and landscapes.
What you will do:
Conduct holistic assessments with residents and their representatives.
Develop and evaluate individualised care plans.
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
Provide clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management.
Liaise with medical and allied health staff.
Create positive resident experiences through a resident-centered approach.
Work within applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
Who are you and what will you bring?
Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential.
Minimum 1 year experience in clinical care in Aged Care.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hold NDIS Worker Checks or willing to obtain.
Please note - Covid vaccinations are NO longer required.
Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care.
