The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Residential Services will form a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. This role is responsible for leading and ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery across McLean Care's residential sites by fostering a culture of accountability and excellence across NSW and QLD.
This role will manage the safety, wellbeing, and performance of all staff and service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting organisational, stakeholder, and regulatory expectations. The Director will collaborate with peer leaders to drive alignment with McLean Care's values and strategic framework, supporting a cohesive and impactful leadership team.
As the Director of Residential Services, you will:
Lead residential services to ensure the delivery of client-centred care Develop and implement strategic plans to drive service expansion and growth Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance to ensure operational efficiency Mentor and guide leadership teams to enhance operational effectiveness and team development About You
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior leader with a proven track record in aged care leadership and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Senior leadership experience within the aged care sector Currently Registered with APHRA as a Registered Nurse Strong understanding of residential care services, compliance, and regulatory requirements Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance across multiple sites Experience in leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration A passion for service delivery with a client-centred approach, ensuring exceptional care What's on Offer
