**THE ROLE**:
This role is designed to support the functions of plan management and client relationships within the company. Our clients include people with a disability, their support teams, and providers.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**This dynamic position will be responsible for, but not be limited to**:
- Assisting clients to understand their plans, scope of budgeting/spending and NDIS price guide at a developing level
- Ensure claims and reporting is accurate and timely.
- Assist with and provide high quality record management within CRM
- Work within a team to support a diverse range of NDIS funded clients
- Provide general advice & guidance to the differing needs of clients
- Escalate complex enquiries to Plan Mentor team members
- Ensure all data and information is current
- Review NDIS Plans regularly
- Support Plan Mentors to ensure all timeframes and targets are achieved
- Actively participate in client and business growth and development through client acquisition and retention
- Ensure correspondence and documentation is managed efficiently and confidentially
- Identify and report any risks to the Manager
- Maintain current knowledge of the NDIS, Quality and Safeguards, price guides and guidelines and proactively drive your personal learning and growth
- Positively contribute to the achievement of the business objectives whilst maintaining a focus on the business values
- Adhere to all policies and procedures and engage in performance improvement and coaching
- Proactively participate in team communication, including meetings
- Actively and positively participate in training provided

- Employees will be expected to understand work procedures relevant to their department and may aid lower classified employees or volunteers concerning established procedures to meet the objectives.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Developing understanding and commitment to person-centered supports and services to people with a disability, their teams and service providers.
- Customer Service or similar demonstrated work-related experience in working with people with a disability.
- Developing experience in a client relationship role where developing, building, and maintaining relationships is a priority to ensure client retention and growth
- Developing experience in delivering quality outcomes through relationship management and high-volume interactions
- Developing understanding of specialised supports and services available to people with a disability with an emphasis on quality providers
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in CRM Software (MYP)
- NDIS Worker Screening and any other mandates relating to the disability sector, including COVID-19 vaccination must be obtained prior to approval of employment
