As the Retail Assistant your primary objective will be to deliver excellence in service within our showroom, creating a welcoming setting for clients and medical professionals. 
Your passion for customer service and product knowledge will play a vital role in promoting sales and assisting clients in finding the right solutions.A National Police check is required for this position.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and encourage you to bring your unique perspectives to our team.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service and promote sales of products and servicesOffer specialist product knowledge advice to assist customersAnswer telephone queries and provide assistance to customersOperate Point of Sale systems effectivelyLiaise with Occupational Therapists, medical professionals, clients, and family members to provide tailored solutionsGenerate invoices and maintain accurate recordsCoordinate delivery schedules and follow-upsProcess orders and correspondence through the online portalRequirementsPrevious experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a teamBasic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of healthcare products or experience in the medical industry is desirableA National Police check is required for this positionBenefitsDiscounted Health Insurance
