Job Description:
As a dynamic and values-led professional, you will partner with the business to drive strategic and operational initiatives within a designated portfolio. This includes leadership development, performance management, culture, talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organisational development.
Key responsibilities include shaping and delivering people and culture programs that align with strategic and operational deliverables. You will provide high-quality advice and support to management and staff on all people management processes, ER, and other P&C related matters.
You will also provide strategic P&C advice and coaching to lift leadership capabilities and continually improve employee relations processes. Additionally, you will align P&C initiatives with business strategy in accordance with budgets, resourcing requirements, sector needs, and succession plans.
Other key responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance on all employee relation matters, analysing P&C metrics, and informing leaders of trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement for designated portfolios.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Extensive generalist and/or Business Partner HR experience (over 5 years) across a diverse range of P&C specialties.
Demonstrated successes in translating People and Culture programs into meaningful solutions for key clients.
Profound understanding of employment legislation, industrial agreements, and associated processes.
Proven experience in providing advice and influencing/empowering leaders to deliver progressive employee lifecycle initiatives in line with strategic priorities.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including advanced negotiation capabilities.
