About The Role
Overview
Team Global Express are seeking Forklift Drivers to join our team in Emerald. These are full-time, permanent roles. Earn up to $35/hour plus penalties and super. Overtime is available and will be offered on a needs basis.
Responsibilities
Unload and load vehicles and sort them appropriately and safely
Scanning freight, freight sortation and re-palletising of freight
Picking and preparing runs for following day
Palletizing freight for travel where required
Ensuring the correct movement and distribution of freight in a timely manner
Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions closely
Identify damages and report in accordance with site process
Ensure compliance and safety is always adhered to
Must have a safety-first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently
Follow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes
Restraining loads safely as well as the correct use of straps where required
Location Allowance is provided in addition to the standard hourly rate, as well as 15% superannuation
What You'll Bring
Current & Valid Forklift License (Mandatory)
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously where required
