Admin / Bookkeeping Position (Casual) – TJ Designs
TJ Designs is a locally owned cabinet making company based in Molendinar, specialising in high-quality kitchen and bathroom renovations. We are looking for a reliable and organised Admin / Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.
Position Details:
* Casual employment
* 3 days per week: Tuesday to Thursday
* Times are flexible so can work in with your schedule
* Location: Molendinar
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Management (via Xero):
* Bank reconciliations
* Customer invoicing
* Accounts payable & receivable
* Paying suppliers
* Ordering stock
* Processing payroll
* Maintaining accurate financial records
General Administration:
* Managing office supplies and filing systems
* Onboarding new employees
* Handling emails and phone enquiries
* Preparing project documentation
* Writing and sending quotes, contracts, and scope of works
Marketing & Social Media:
* Managing social media accounts, website, and Google Business page
* Creating, editing, and posting content
* Engaging with followers and optimising pages
* Visiting job sites to capture photos and videos (before & after shots)
About You:
* Experience with Xero (not essential but recommended)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Confident communication (written and verbal)
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Basic knowledge of social media and content creation
* Driver’s licence (preferred for site visits)
