Offline Campers is on the hunt for a Junior Spray Painter / Apprentice to join our crew building award‑winning, Adelaide‑made camper trailers that head off-grid and into the wild.

This is a permanent full-time role (38 hours per week) with hourly rate + super.

About the Role
You'll be part of our fabrication and finishing team, helping prep, spray and finish camper trailers and components that customers rely on for real adventures.
No two days are the same - you'll be learning new skills, working with different materials, and seeing your work roll straight out the door and into the bush.

Who We're Looking For
You don't need to know everything — but you do need the right attitude.
* At least 1 year experience as a spray painter or working in a paint shop
* Experience with aluminium, fibreglass and steel (2‑pac and enamel paints are a bonus)
* A solid understanding of safety and safe work practices
* Happy to get physical — lifting and hands‑on work are part of the job
* Keen to learn, improve and grow into a skilled tradesperson
* Able to work independently, but also enjoy being part of a tight‑knit team
* A problem‑solver who wants to do the job right, not just fast
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Positive attitude when juggling tasks or deadlines
* Forklift licence (great if you have it, not a deal‑breaker if you don't)
* Current driver's licence
* Willing to complete a factory floor test before starting
