We're on the lookout for a
motivated and experienced Business Development Manager
to drive growth in our Northern NSW region. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the residential building industry and thrives on creating meaningful client relationships.
About the Role
As part of our sales division, you'll work closely with new and existing customers to ensure Stoddart remains a valuable, trusted partner throughout their build process.
You'll be responsible for:
* Identifying and targeting new business opportunities and markets
* Developing and executing strategies to grow revenue and meet business goals
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients
* Conducting market research to stay on top of trends, competition, and client needs
* Preparing and delivering client presentations and proposals
* Negotiating pricing and service agreements
* Tracking and reporting on sales performance and key business development metrics
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* A strong track record in business development or sales
* Deep knowledge of the residential construction sector
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

* A good understanding of supply and installation workflows
