This Lecturer in Project Management role will play a critical part in supporting the development, delivery, and ongoing success of the discipline, contributing to both teaching excellence and research growth.In this position, you will:* Deliver high-quality teaching in Project Management across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including lectures, tutorials, workshops, and online learning environments* Contribute to curriculum design, topic coordination, and the development of innovative and contemporary teaching materials* Undertake independent research activity, including publications, participation in grant applications, and contribution to the College's research profile* Engage with industry and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships that enhance teaching, learning, and research outcomes**About You**You are an emerging or established academic with expertise in Project Management and a passion for teaching, research, and industry engagement. You are committed to delivering high-quality, student-centred learning experiences and contributing to the development of a growing discipline area.* You will demonstrate:* A PhD in Project Management or a closely related discipline* Experience teaching at tertiary level in Project Management or related areas* Evidence of, or potential for, research activity including publications and grant development* Experience in curriculum development and innovative teaching practicesThis position is open to domestic candidate with Australian Work Rights.
