Customer Service & Warehouse Support (Relief)
Full Time | Monday to Friday | Local Role
About the Role
You will be part of a small, friendly team and take ownership of day‐to‐day customer service operations, with occasional relief support in the warehouse when required.
Responsibilities
* Providing front‐of‐house customer service and support
* Processing sales and handling customer enquiries
* Coordinating orders, freight and customer deliveries
* Supporting stock control and general branch operations
Relief Warehouse / Stores Support (as required)
* Picking, packing and dispatching orders
* Assisting with stock takes and inventory
* Loading and unloading goods
* Supporting general warehouse duties
What We're Looking For
* Strong customer service skills and a down‐to‐earth approach
* Willingness to step into warehouse/stores duties when required
* Hands‐on attitude and solid work ethic
* Reliable, punctual and takes ownership of their work
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Physically fit (occasional lifting up to 25kg)
* Current driver's licence
* Forklift licence (preferred) or willingness to obtain
