The ideal candidate will have a passion for accuracy and efficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities include preparing, editing, and formatting complex legal documents, creating and managing Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities, conducting online research, and performing electronic filing through various platforms.
* Create comprehensive and well-organized document files
* Evaluate court-specific filing requirements
* Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff
Requirements include a minimum of five years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal department, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with templates, macros, and legal formatting standards, and strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
