**About Them**:
This is a well known practice that has an excellent market reputation and is working on a variety of architectural projects. They are looking to hire an extremely well rounded meticulous Accounts Assistant, who is looking for a part time role closer to home as this awesome practice are based in St Leonards.
**_Your Day to Day Will Look like.._**
**Invoicing**
- Create & send invoices
- Maintain Invoice Tracking Spreadsheet
- Follow up aged receivables
- Manage remittance advices
- Ensure all remittance advices, invoices, HR forms etc. are provided to book keeper
- Pay supplier and sub-consultant invoices where required
**Banking & Finance**
- Maintain filing of GW. tax returns and company financials etc.
- Process staff expense claims
- File MYOB reporting & generate ad hoc MYOB reports as required
- Manage monthly Credit Card reconciliation
- Manage petty cash, claims, and reconciliation
- Creation of any financial reporting spreadsheets that may be required and ensure the company Director is kept informed as required
- Check invoice forecasts and liaise with management to ensure timely invoicing and shared understanding of project deliverables
**Skills & experience**:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar accounts position preferred
- General knowledge of basic accounting principles
- MYOB experience preferred
- Microsoft word and excel experience essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data entry skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Teamwork and ability to effectively communicate with others in the company
