Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects and delivering outstanding results.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.
* Lead project teams to ensure milestones, quality, safety, and budget targets are met.
* Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
* Ensure compliance with construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Requirements / Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
* In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
* Carpentry/Building Trade Qualified
* Insurance building experience highly regarded
* Construction White Card
* Understanding of WHS practices, legislation, regulations & current market rates
* Current motor vehicle licence
* Ability to travel as required
