The hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces, with over 3,700 sq m of sleek meeting and event space in the heart of the city featuring two spacious ballrooms with views of Darling Harbour and 22 additional meeting rooms.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities include engaging with guests to provide the best possible service by anticipating their needs, serving as the main point of contact for the event host, identifying guest needs by asking the right questions and building rapport quickly, and managing high-energy, fast-paced events operations to provide guests with a dynamic and memorable experience.
Requirements
