With over 6,000 staff and a budget of $850 million, RCH sees more than 300,000 specialist clinic appointments, 90,000 emergency presentations and 20,000 elective surgeries each year.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead the Victorian Paediatric Clinical Network. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all operational and strategic aspects of the Network, working closely with the Network Clinical Lead to drive system-wide improvements in paediatric care.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership capability with the ability to guide and support multidisciplinary stakeholders
A strong background in health service management
Sound understanding of the paediatric health system
Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work autonomously while delivering on Network priorities and long-term goals
This is a part-time (0.8 FTE), fixed-term position.
