Position Overview
We are seeking a Fruit Farm Worker to assist with the day-to-day operations of our commercial fruit farm located in the Darwin region, Northern Territory. This is a full-time position involving hands-on agricultural work, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and general farm maintenance.

Key Duties
(Consistent with ANZSCO – Fruit Farm Worker)
• Preparing soil and planting fruit crops
• Pruning, thinning, and training fruit trees and plants
• Irrigation, fertilising, and basic pest and disease control
• Harvesting, grading, and packing fruit
• Operating and maintaining basic farm tools and equipment
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment
• Complying with workplace health and safety and biosecurity requirements

Skills and Experience
• Previous experience in fruit farming or agricultural work preferred
• Ability to perform manual outdoor work in tropical conditions
• Basic understanding of farm tools and safe work practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Reliable, physically fit, and committed to ongoing farm work
Training will be provided where required.

Employment Conditions
• Salary: AUD $68,000 – $78,000 per annum + superannuation (depending on experience)
• Hours: Full-time, including seasonal peak periods
• Location: Darwin region, Northern Territory
