Company Overview: Our client is one of the very few companies in Australia selling and installing solar systems, battery storage systems, and EV Chargers. They advise on both residential and commercial solar, battery, and EV charging solutions.
Role Overview: Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support and assistance to our main distributors, installers, and end customers located in AUS & NZ.
2. Develop sales relations in AUS & NZ.
3. Interact with overseas teams all over the world and with HQ in China.
4. Accurate documentation of the sales process.
5. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of products, processes, and tools by delivering constructive feedback to HQ.
6. Support in trainings, webinars, and international expos.
Qualifications and Selection Criteria:
1. Renewable product knowledge of inverters, solar panels, and batteries.
2. Experience in key account management, especially for projects.
3. Ascertainable track record of high achievement in technical-led sales.
4. 5+ years of sales experience.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication.
6. Ability to travel often.
7. Knowledge of residential, commercial, and utility plants.
8. Strong work ethic, proactive, and ability to work independently, without constant supervision.
9. Prior experience working with wholesalers is preferred.
