The Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Reporting to the Service or Operations Manager, the CSR is responsible for generating service and parts business, building strong customer relationships, and supporting existing accounts to ensure service excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage customer accounts and oversee service/parts requirements
* Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and presentations
* Promote and sell Planned Maintenance Program (PMP) agreements to new and existing customers
* Secure repair service orders across a variety of product lines
* Identify and follow up on opportunities for parts, batteries, rentals and sales leads
* Respond to service enquiries within KPI timeframes
* Maintain trust-based customer relationships through professional communication
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
