Environment Health and Safety Professional
We are seeking an experienced Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) professional to join our national health and safety consulting team in Melbourne. As EHS Manager, you will work with a diverse range of clients across various industries to diagnose and implement effective health, safety, and wellbeing solutions.
This is a hybrid position that offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time or full-time options. You will be responsible for managing engagements involving physical and psychosocial risk management, strategy, audit, and analytical frameworks, culture change, and leadership.
Fostering a collaborative team environment and applying technical expertise to direct project teams on delivering EY's health and safety services are key responsibilities. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business decision-makers both internally and externally is also essential.
You must have at least five years of experience in process safety, safety in design, dangerous goods, risk management, or health and safety management systems, complemented by excellent communication skills. Proven project management experience in dynamic environments, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, is necessary.
A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, environmental, or health sciences is highly regarded. Experience in coaching talent and developing internal and external relationships, including client management, is also desirable.
