The Reality Check
This isn’t a job where you sit back and cruise through the day. It’s hands-on, gritty, and can be physically demanding. You’ll be working in a large workshop around noise and heavy equipment and will need to stay switched on to keep yourself and your team safe. But if you’re up for the challenge, you’ll come away with a nationally recognised qualification, loads of transferable skills, a trade that’s always in demand and offers plenty of career opportunities.
