With offices across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, this role provides the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a national team of industry leaders who foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. What You'll Be Doing Lead cost planning, estimation, and feasibility studies across different project stages. Oversee procurement processes, including tender evaluations and contract negotiations. Provide financial reporting, risk analysis, and value engineering recommendations. Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors to support their professional development. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure effective cost control. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in a PQS consultancy. Proficiency in cost estimating software such as CostX, Cubit, or equivalent. Experience in digital take-offs and BIM-based quantity extraction (desirable).
