**Our Client**

Offering the crème de la crème of short term accommodation across Sydney (mainly in the East), our client delivers a one-of-a-kind service to both guests and home owners. They are a young, dynamic, and fully engaged team who go the extra mile and are all passionate about their roles, so the company rewards them with weekly team catch-ups and annual events such as holidays, Melbourne Cup luncheons and the like.

**Duties**

The key focus of yours will be the success of this business via revenue management and analysis through the guest lifecycle and sales strategies:

- Analyse and report on pricing data, forecast sales patterns, trends, seasonality, events and check and counterbalance anomalies
- Champion bookings and marketing conditions to deliver class property owners service and communications
- Conducting property viewings with potential big ticket tenants (most book online)
- Monitor property usage to identify positive & negative feedback and areas for improvement / property improvement ideas

**Specific requirements**

This is a company that makes their decision on attitude, so you will be passionate and committed to be successful. You will also come with:

- 2 years' experience in high performing sales or revenue / portfolio management
- Ideally previous customer service experience within real estate or travel
- Excellent organisational skills and strong diligence
- Confident and charismatic personality with strong communication skills
- Drivers license and a reliable car
- Be currently living in & have the right to work in Australia
