Position Overview
Join our team as an Electrical/ Mechanical Calibration Technician, ensuring precision in measurement instruments. This position is embedded in our client's location full time Onsite Technical Service (OTS).
Responsibilities
* Calibrate test equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, etc.)
* Calibrate primary, secondary, and working standards to ensure top-tier accuracy.
* Create detailed calibration reports and certificates in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
* Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain calibration equipment.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to refine calibration procedures and implement improvements.
* Support audits by providing technical expertise and documentation.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in physical dimensional and electrical calibration
* Preferred: Background in DOD, PMEL, or military calibration.
* Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to error-free work.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
* Effective communication for team collaboration and client interaction.
* U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
