We're on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established, large fixed plant manufacturing operation based in Northam. If you're a trade-qualified fitter who enjoys hands-on work, being part of a close-knit team, and taking pride in keeping critical plant running safely and efficiently, this could be the role for you.
About the Role
You'll be working in a large-scale fixed plant environment, carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth and safe production. This is a permanent position offering strong hourly rates and consistent overtime for those who want it.
This is a hot and dusty industrial environment, so you'll need to be comfortable working in these conditions and committed to following safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
* Trade qualified Fitter (essential)
* Proven experience in a fixed plant manufacturing or processing environment
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
* A genuine commitment to safety-first work practices
