We’re looking for a Buyer’s Assistant to join our Head Office team in Geelong. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career who is interested in product, retail trends and how products are developed and brought to market.

About The Role:
As a Buyer’s Assistant, you’ll support the Buying team across a range of administrative and coordination tasks that keep our product development process running smoothly. You’ll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle — from early concepts through to product arriving in stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Buyers with day-to-day administration and coordination
* Assist with managing product samples and product information
* Help maintain product data, pricing and internal documentation
* Coordinate communication with suppliers regarding orders and timelines
* Assist with product launches and seasonal range preparation
* Conduct basic research on product trends, competitors and new ideas
* Prepare reports, presentations and product information for internal teams
* Help ensure product information is accurate across internal systems
About You:
* A recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in retail buying or product development
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working with Excel and general office systems
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Curious about products, trends and the retail industry
