About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with clients, families, and support networks to develop strengths-based, trauma-informed behaviour support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct functional assessments and apply evidence-based strategies that promote positive outcomes
* Develop and implement behaviour support plans that meet the unique needs of each client
* Build trusted relationships with families, educators, and support networks to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* NDIS-endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner status (Core or above)
* Open to working independently in the community
* A valid driver's license and insured vehicle
* WWCC and NDIS check
