Our B2B division continues to grow nationally, partnering with major clients across infrastructure, industrial and commercial sectors. As part of this growth, we're investing in our new business function to drive pipeline, win new accounts and support national expansion.
The Role
We're looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Specialist to focus on new business generation across our B2B division.
This is a high-activity, front-end sales role centered around lead generation, prospecting and booking meetings, while also supporting tenders and building a strong national pipeline.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to large-scale B2B opportunities, procurement processes and major account development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead generation, cold outreach, booking and attending meetings with prospective clients
* Build and manage a national new business pipeline through CRM (HubSpot)
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities across key sectors
* Support tender coordination, submissions and presentations
* Analyse pipeline performance, tracking win/loss and opportunity conversion
* Work closely with BDMs and leadership on new business strategy
* Assist in preparing proposals, pricing and new business materials
* Engage with procurement teams and support contract processes
About You
* Proven experience in sales, business development or agency recruitment
* Strong outbound activity experience (cold calling, outreach, booking meetings)
* Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Organised, with ability to manage pipeline and multiple priorities
* Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) is a plus
