With strong leadership, clear communication and a hands-on approach, they deliver every project with confidence, precision and care and they are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join their team. About the Role: In this hands-on leadership role, you will work alongside a team of skilled tradespeople, leading by example from project set out through to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Carry out carpentry and general construction tasks. Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately. Ensure all work aligns with project requirements and timelines. Coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth workflow and minimal disruption. Proactively identify and resolve on site challenges. Make informed decisions to keep projects progressing. Provide guidance and on the job training to trade staff and apprentices. Maintain high quality workmanship. About You: Qualified Carpenter with strong hands-on experience. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team on site. Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications. Excellent problem solving and organisational skills. Commitment to Safety and quality workmanship. Requirements: Current Driver’s License White Card (Construction Induction) Physically fit and capable of manual work Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
