Generative AI Researcher
We are seeking a highly qualified PhD candidate to work on a collaborative project focused on foundational research in generative AI.
This opportunity aims to drive forward the development of novel deep learning models for image and video generation, while exploring the frequency domain in training generative AI models across modalities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in generative AI, developing and training novel deep learning models, collaborating with world-class researchers, and publishing high-quality research papers in top-tier conferences and journals.
To be eligible for this position, applicants must hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, have a strong background in programming, mathematics, statistics, physics, or signal processing, and be proficient in modern deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch or Jax.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct research in generative AI, focusing on the frequency domain.
* Develop and train novel deep learning models for image and video generation.
* Collaborate with world-class researchers from UTS and Leonardo.Ai.
* Publish high-quality research papers in top-tier conferences and journals.
Requirements:
* Hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
* Have a strong background in programming, mathematics, statistics, physics, or signal processing.
* Be proficient in modern deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch or Jax.
* Have knowledge and interest in Diffusion, GANs, LLMs, and generative AI.
* Speak and write fluently in English.
