We're seeking a driven and experienced Delivery Manager to join the Latitude Money Technology team, where you'll lead the planning, coordination, and governance of technology delivery across the Money business. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with internal teams and external vendor partners to ensure that projects, sprints, and releases are delivered efficiently, predictably, and in alignment with strategic business goals.
You'll be at the forefront of driving delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment—managing schedules and releases, identifying and mitigating risks, and leading governance forums to maintain transparency and accountability. Your ability to engage stakeholders, align priorities, and continuously refine delivery processes will be key to enhancing team performance and achieving successful outcomes. Let's look at some key responsibilities:
- Own and manage delivery plans across internal teams and vendor partners.- Track progress across sprints, releases, and projects; escalate delivery risks and blockers as needed.- Ensure delivery is aligned to business priorities and resource capacity.- Working with Product stakeholders, maintain a consolidated forward delivery schedule and release calendar.- Coordinate resourcing, sequencing, and dependency management across initiatives.- Support backlog prioritisation and sprint planning in partnership with Product.- Define, implement, and continuously improve delivery processes (e.g., sprint cadence, change control, release readiness).- Lead delivery governance forums including sprint showcases, release planning meetings, retrospectives, and present our changes at the Change Advisory Board.- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and reporting requirements.- Act as the central coordinator for all production releases across Salesforce and Q2 Cloud Lending platforms.- Define and manage the release calendar, ensuring alignment with business and technical stakeholders.- Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions and implementation planning.
Lead post-deployment reviews, manage release-related incidents, and drive continuous improvement.- Monitor release metrics (e.g., success rates, defects, rollbacks) against our targets.- Serve as the primary interface between IT, Product, QA, and vendor teams to ensure smooth and aligned delivery.
Ideally, we're looking for the following:

- 4+ years' experience in delivery, project management, or release coordination roles within technology environments.- Experience delivering change on platforms such as Salesforce and/or Q2 Cloud Lending highly desirable.- Proven ability to manage project plans, schedules, and cross-functional team delivery in Agile or hybrid environments.- Strong understanding of release governance, deployment coordination, and change management practices.- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Copado.- Familiarity with test coordination or integration of test automation in release cycles.- Background in regulated industries such as financial services or lending.- Exposure to vendor delivery oversight and multi-stream program environments.- Yearly salary reviews.
