About the role
You'll manage a well‐structured and manageable portfolio, with strong internal support and systems already in place. This is a hands‐on role where you'll be trusted to run your portfolio professionally — but you won't be doing it alone.
Key responsibilities
1. Preparing AGM agendas, budgets, meeting minutes, access letters and general correspondence
2. Liaising with councils of owners, lot owners, tenants, agents, contractors and insurers
3. Coordinating maintenance, obtaining quotes, issuing work orders and overseeing approved works
4. Reviewing 10‐year maintenance plans and managing insurance claims
5. Chairing strata company AGMs and council meetings (with additional remuneration for after‐hours meetings)
About you
You might already be an experienced strata manager, or an assistant strata manager ready for the next step. We're also open to considering a trainee strata manager with relevant property experience or a related qualification.

11. Strata experience preferred, but candidates with real estate, property management, facilities/ building management background are also encouraged to apply.
12. A current driver's licence and police clearance
