Outreach Worker Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Outreach Worker to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of at-risk youth.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about working with young people and has experience in delivering complex case management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with young people outside of business hours, building relationships, and providing support where needed.
1. Delivering outreach programs to at-risk youth;
2. Providing case management services to young people;
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They must also have experience in youth work and hold relevant qualifications or certifications.
