Digital Campaign Manager
As a key member of the Digital Activation team, this role involves managing the delivery of programmatic and social media campaigns across tier 2 & 3 clients.
* Full ownership of day-to-day workflow on tier 2 & 3 clients, ensuring no basic errors.
* Developing strong working relationships with immediate team and wider digital activation team.
* Excellent communication skills, close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner.
Client Management
The successful candidate will have excellent client management skills, including leading tier 2/3 client presentations, meetings and WIPs.
* Timely and professional client communication, 24 hour maximum turnaround on e-mails.
* Works autonomously to meet client objectives & deliverables via innovation.
