Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and serve customers, being polite, patient, and helpful from the moment they enter the branch
* Work on SOP system and handle customer transactions
* Deliver a balanced performance across key business metrics and KPI measures inline with business goals and objectives
* Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Technical Teams to maximize customer opportunities and deliver a customer-first culture
* Assist in receiving deliveries and stock management procedures
* Maintain a clean, tidy, well-presented, and restocked branch environment
* Support the Branch Manager in obtaining and maintaining customer relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
* Previous experience in a sales advisor/customer service position
* An interest in boating and/or knowledge of the Marine industry
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office Applications
* The ability to plan, prioritize, and problem-solve
* Familiarity with SOP systems
* A results-driven approach and high motivation to deliver and exceed targets
