Digital Horizon is looking for a full time Lead Videographer to join our fast growing team in Coburg.
This is a senior, initiative led role suited to someone who thrives working independently, has proven experience filming on active construction sites, and wants to play a major part in shaping the quality and direction of our content output.
You'll be travelling across Melbourne capturing high end photo and video content for some of the state's most exciting commercial and residential builders, trades and suppliers. You must be confident working solo, capable of managing your own schedule, and comfortable representing both our brand and our clients at a high standard.
What you'll be doing
• Leading on site filming across multiple construction projects each week
• Capturing high quality photo, video, drone and interview content
• Adapting to unique environments and managing shoots independently
• Working closely with our editors and social media team to deliver standout content
• Ensuring safety, professionalism and a strong brand presence on every site
• Planning shoot requirements and managing gear, batteries, cards and file delivery
• Identifying creative opportunities and driving continuous improvement across our filming output
What we're looking for
• Proven experience as a senior videographer or similar role
• Strong hands on capability across filming, composition, lighting and audio
• Experience filming on construction sites or industrial environments
• Drone experience required (ReOC preferred but not essential)
• Detail driven mindset with a high standard for quality
• Professional, self aware and confident communicating with clients, site managers and trades
• Highly reliable, proactive and able to make decisions independently
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Own car and valid driver's licence
• Comfortable travelling across Melbourne daily and working in outdoor environments
